Rules for visitors

訪客守則

為使觀眾能在安全及舒適的環境下參與香港展會，請各入場人士留意並遵守以下訪客守則:

  • 年齡限制：18歲或以上。

  • 亞洲國際博覽館範圍內嚴禁吸煙。

  • 不准攜帶外來食品及飲品進入亞洲國際博覽館。

  • 於亞洲國際博覽館範圍內嚴禁售賣或派發未獲授權的商品或其他物品。

  • ​嚴禁炒賣門票。

  • 每人僅可攜帶一隻背袋、手提包或手袋入場。

  • 任何面積大於16吋x 8吋x 16吋(40厘米x 20厘米x 40 厘米)之手袋、手提包及類似物品必需於進場前存放於衣帽間。

  • 每位入場人士只可攜帶一個手提包。

  • 請勿攜帶狗隻與任何寵物進入展覽廳，惟為傷殘人士提供協助的服務犬隻除外。

  • 展覽廳內有傳媒及官方人員進行拍攝工作，您出席展會也同時表示願意授權大會使用您的肖像作非商業用途（包括傳媒報導）。

  • 所有觀眾必須遵守在場保安人員提出的要求及指示。

Rules for Visitors

To ensure your safety and comfort at our event, please be aware of the following and prepare accordingly:

  • Age limit: 18 or above;

  • Smoking is prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo;

  • No outside food and beverage is allowed in AsiaWorld-Expo;

  • Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within AsiaWorld-Expo premises;

  • No ticket scalping.

  • Bags, briefcases and similar items larger than 16" x 8" x 16" (40 x 20 x 40 cm) can be deposited either at the Coat Check in the Welcome Lounge (Hall 2).

  • Only one bag per person is allowed.

  • Dogs and other pets are not permitted in the exhibition halls, with the exception of certified service animals for visitors with disabilities.

  • Please note that press and promotional photography and filming are taking place on the premises. Attendance at the fair implies permission for your image to be used for non-commercial purposes (including media reports).

  • The distribution of flyers and any other materials marketing is subject to authorization. Unauthorized distribution will result in the visitor being asked to leave the fair and removal of all materials.
