Speaker: Ms Monita LEUNG 梁海儀小姐

Ms. Monita Leung joined HKT Limited in 2009. During her 10 years with HKT, Monita led the broadband marketing and played an integral part of the success of high speed broadband rollout in Hong Kong. In 2011, she took the leading role in the operations, marketing and relationship management of HKT Premier, providing best-in-class services to high value customers. Since 2014, she has been involved in the planning and development of Hong Kong’s first mobile payment service Tap & Go. She was appointed the Chief Executive of HKT Payment Limited in 2016. Before she joined HKT, Monita had 10 years’ experience in Chase Bank and American Express, the consumer credit and payment card business in Hong Kong.


在加盟香港電訊前,梁小姐曾於Chase Bank 和美國運通工作,在香港的個人信貸和支付卡業務方面擁有十年經驗。

HKT Payment Limited operates a mobile payment service “Tap & Go” to improve payment convenience and transaction efficiency.

We operate a dual scheme mobile wallet “Tap & Go” under HKMA stored value facilities licence. Customers can make online and retail payments via any Mastercard or UnionPay accepting merchants network anytime anywhere. Customers can top-up through banks or cash, and transfer money between wallets instantly.

We also provides a suite of merchant solutions including mobile POS, O2O, analytics and loyalty modules to fit the use cases in F&B, retail, wellness, events and education segments.
