Introduction of the Host:

The Hong Kong Quality and Talent Migrants Association is the only government-registered organization in Hong Kong that promotes the exchange of talents through gifted scheme and professionals scheme, strengthens the social integration in Hong Kong, promotes both the gifted scheme and professionals scheme as well as communications between Hong Kong and mainland.

The association unites a vast number of talents and professionals in Hong Kong and has won wide recognition and attention from the Hong Kong community and the HKSAR Government. It is the most effective bridge and link for the Hong Kong community, the HKSAR Government and the Central Government to communicate with talents and expertise in Hong Kong.

Mr. Thomas CHEUNG, MH contributes his life to Hong Kong and Mainland affairs.
