Mr. Chuang is a committee member of the Tianjin Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, the All-China Youth Federation, Executive Committee of Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong, Vice-Chairman of Hong Kong CPPCC Youth Association.

Dr. Samson TAM, JP, Chairman of Hong Kong Business Angel Network

Dr. Samson Tam is a technology-oriented entrepreneur. After graduated from the university, he founded his startup and soon launched electronic dictionaries with the brand "Instant-Dict". The company was listed in the Main Board in 1993 with its major business in developing electronic educational products. Dr. Tam is actively participated in angel investment and he is also keen on creating an eco-system to nurture startups. Dr. Tam is now Chairman of Group Sense Limited, Hong Kong Business Angel Network and Hong Kong Industry-University-Research Collaboration Association, Partner of Inno Angel Funds, Vice Chairman of the PRD Council, Federation of Hong Kong Industries. Dr. Tam was an elected member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong (Information Technology). He was awarded the “Young Industrialist Award of Hong Kong” in 1992 and he was named one of the “Ten Outstanding Young Persons” in 1997.

Prof. Witman HUNG, JP, Internet Professional Association President

Witman is currently the Hong Kong Deputy to 13th National People's Congress (NPC) President of the Internet Professional Association in Hong Kong and Principal Liaison Officer for Hong Kong, Shenzhen Qianhai Authority. A seasoned ICT professional and angel investor, Witman has worked in the industry for 30 years. He is the Executive Chairman of Chinese Big Data Society, Vice President of Hong Kong Industry University Research Collaboration Association and Vice Chairman of the Monte Jade Science and Technology Association of HK. Witman was elected as a Director of the Board of the World Summit Awards.

Witman served as a Part-time Member of the Central Policy Unit of the HKSAR Government during 2012-2014, and is currently a Standing Committee Member of the Center for China and Globalization and Adjunct Professor of Jinan University. He also served as a Member of 11th Standing Committee of the All China Youth Federation. In 2008, Witman was selected as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons of Hong Kong. In 2015 he was appointed as a Justice of the Peace by the Hong Kong SAR Government. In 2016, he was given the Asia Social Innovation Leadership Award by CMO Asia.

Witman is current the Vice Chairman of China Overseas Friendship Association’s Youth Committee, Member of the Shenzhen CPPCC, Member of the Chinese Association of Hong Kong and Macau Studies, Vice President of Guangdong’s Association for Promotion of Cooperation Between Guangdong, HK and Macao and Vice President and Secretary General of Hong Kong-ASEAN Economic Cooperation Foundation.

Mr. Hendrick SIN, Co-founder and Vice-Chairman of CMGE Group Limited

Introduction of the Speaker:

Hendrick Sin is a co-founder and the Vice Chairman of CMGE Group Limited, the largest publisher on all platforms of mobile games in China. CMGE was listed on the NASDAQ market in United States from September 2012 to August 2015, and it was China’s first mobile game company listed in an overseas stock exchange. Mr. Sin is also the founding and managing partner of China Prosperity Capital Fund, a private equity investment company with a primary investment focus on PRC mobile internet businesses. Prior to founding CMGE, Mr. Sin had acquired 12 years of experience in investment banking and had advised on a wide range of notable IPO and M&A transactions involving projects in China/Hong Kong and throughout Asia. Mr. Sin has 20 years of experience in management, finance and investment banking and throughout his career, he had worked very closely with PRC enterprises and individuals.

Mr. Sin received a Master’s degree in Engineering Economics and Operations Research from Stanford University, USA. He also holds three Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science/Mathematics, Economics and Industrial Management (with college honors) from Carnegie Mellon University.

Rono Kwong is the founder of Best Video Ltd. and its group of companies. As the pioneer of business HD multimedia content production, Mr. Kwong has proven outstanding and continuous achievements in HK’s creative industry. In 2015, with the sponsorship of The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, Rono found Hong Kong General Chamber of Young Entrepreneurs (HKGCYE) with over 150 young entrepreneurs. Rono is the Chairman of HKGCYE which is one of the most recognized young entrepreneur chambers in the region.

Mr. CHAN Tik Yuen, Chief Executive Officer of Pulse MediaTech Limited

Leonard Chan, founder and CEO of Pulse MediaTech Limited ("PMT"), is responsible for the overall strategic planning, business and product development of the Group. He has extensive experience in the research and development of industrial automation systems, online advertising and digital publishing solutions. Prior to founding PMT, Leonard served as chairman of the board of two listed companies. Leonard is an inventor with patent in the United States. He invented the technology to restore the tape of embroidery data to an editable computer format, thereby reducing the production cost. The development of interactive publishing core technology of “Maestro” was leaded by Chen Leonard. It has won many important local and international awards, with licensees including China Literature, Magazines International, VTC, Modern Home, etc.

Mr. Danny SHUM, Chief Executive Officer of Ztore.com

Introduction of the Speaker:

Danny founded the first tech-based company after graduating from university. His company entered HK Science and Technology Park’s incubation program, which specializes R&D in e-commerce software. The company received the HKICTA awards for the software development in 2009, 2013, and “Innovative entrepreneur award” in 2010.

With a decade’s worth of experience in the e-commerce business, Danny creates a platform for an online grocery store (Ztore.com) in Hong Kong in 2015. Ztore aims to Deliver a better living for their customers, offering a more authentic and local online store to allow better means for local businesses to sell their products. HK consumers can easily access local groceries with a high quality of delivery service.

Dr. MAK Hin Yu, Mark, Chief Technical Officer of Roborn Dynamics Limited

Dr. Mark Mak is currently Visiting Professor in Wuyi University. He received his Ph.D at University of California, Berkeley after he completed his MBA degree at Chinese University of Hong Kong. Mr. Kenneth CHOI, Founder of SwiftCam Technologies Group Company Limited

As the founder of Flying Hobby and Swiftcam, Kenneth was sensitive to technical knowledge since childhood and focused on the research and development of technology products. In 2002-2004, Kenneth took a diploma in China Business at the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Huang Kejing), learning how to run a business. He built his own team and developed a number of scientific and technological products. Steven Yip graduated from Griffith University, Australia majoring in Information Technology. He is experienced in project management, customer communication, and in web application development. 譚偉豪博士是一位科技創業者，於大學畢業後創業，推出以《快譯通》爲品牌的電子辭典，公司隨後於1993年在香港主板上市，主要業務是發展電子教育産品。譚博士活躍於天使投資，亦致力創造培育初創企業的生態系統(Eco-system)。譚博士現爲權智有限公司主席、香港天使投資脈絡主席、香港英諾天使基金合夥人、香港産學研合作促進會會長、香港工業總會珠三角工業協會副主席等。譚博士曾任香港立法會(資訊科技)議員，1992年獲選為「香港青年工業家」及1997年獲選為「香港十大傑出青年」。

嘉賓介紹：

洪教授現為第十三屆全國人大代表、互聯網專業協會會長、及前海管理局香港事務首席聯絡官。洪是科技企業投資人，從事電腦工作30年，在管理顧問、項目及外判管理方面有豐富經驗。他現時擔任華人大數據學會執行主席、香港產學研促進會副會長及香港玉山科技協會副理事長多職，同時獲世界訊息峰會大獎委員會委任為理事及傑出專家委員。洪教授為特許資訊科技專業人士。洪教授積極投入智庫及其他社會服務，於12至14年間獲委任為香港特區政府中央政策組特邀顧問，現為絲路智谷研究院學術委員、中國與全球化智庫常務理事及暨南大學兼職教授。

洪教授曾任第十一屆中華全國青年聯合會常務委員。洪教授曾獲選為 2008年香港十大傑出青年、2016亞洲社會創新領袖獎、2011年40+典範。2015年，他被特區政府委任為太平紳士。

洪教授現為中華海外聯誼會青年委員會副主任、深圳市政協委員、全國港澳研究會會員、廣東省粵港澳合作促進會副會長及香港-東盟經濟合作基金會副會長兼秘書長等。

中手游移動科技有限公司聯合創始人及副董事長冼漢迪先生

嘉賓介紹：

冼漢迪是中手游科技的共同創始人及副董事長。中手游是中國移動遊戲全平台第一發行商。中手游於2012年9月至2015年8月在美國納斯達克交易所上市，並是中國首家進入國外資本市場上市的手機遊戲公司。冼先生同時是專注投資中國移動互聯網行業的私募基金國宏嘉信資本的創始管理合夥人。

創立中手游之前，冼先生曾從事投資銀行工作12年，並參與了多個具有重大意義的IPO及併購交易，包括中國大陸/香港及亞洲各地的多個里程碑項目。在企業管理、金融與投資銀行領域，冼先生擁有逾20年的豐富的經驗並一直與內地同胞和中資企業進行無間的合作。

冼先生擁有美國史丹福大學的工程經濟和運籌學碩士學位，以及卡內基梅隆大學電腦科學／數學、經濟及工商管理三個理學士學位(榮譽畢業)。

香港青年創業家總商會主席鄺海翔先生

鄺先生創立的 Best Video Ltd., 為香港第一代全高清商用多媒體製作公司，於創意工業表現突出，在本地及國際均獲獎無數。於2015年，得到香港青年協會贊助及支持，鄺先生作為創會主席，與超過150位青年創業家，共同創立香港青年創業家總商會(HKGCYE)。HKGCYE目前為區內最具認受性的青年創業組織之一。

陳迪源，嘉昂媒體技術有限公司（“PMT”）創始人兼執行總裁，負責集團整體戰略規劃、業務及產品開發。他在工業自動化系統、網絡廣告和數字出版解決方案的研究和開發方面有著豐富的經驗。在創辦 PMT 之前，陳迪源曾擔任兩家上市公司的董事會主席。陳迪源是美國注冊專利持有人，他發明的技術將刺繡數據紙帶還原成可編輯的電腦格式，從而降低了制作成本。陳迪源領導開發的「Maestro」電子閱讀核心技術，曾為閱文集團提供閱讀器引擎，更獲得了眾多重要的本地及國際獎項。

士多 Ztore首席執行官岑迪贊先生

嘉賓介紹：

岑廸贊於大學畢業後迅即成立首間資訊科技公司，核心業務包括電子商務管理軟件等。由2008年開始於香港科技園研發的軟件產品，分別在2009年及2013年獲頒香港資訊及通訊科技獎。於2010年，再獲頒「創意創業大賞」。

歷經十年 B2B 的商業模式，於2015年初成立 Ztore.com，為香港打造新一代的網上超級市場。在香港土生土長的他更希望籍此項目打造一個更本土的超市平台，讓本地的商戶有更好的網上渠道去銷售他們優質的產品，更讓香港市民有多一個方便及優質的選擇。

路邦動力技術總監麥騫譽博士

嘉賓介紹：

麥騫譽，現任五邑大學機電學院客座教授，曾獲美國加州大學柏克萊分校博士學位及香港中文大學工商管理碩士學位。2017年與另一位香港中文大學工商管理碩士呂力君先生成立路邦動力有限公司，任職該公司技術總監。

作為Flying Hobby 及 Swiftcam 科技公司的創辦人，我自幼對科技類知識敏感，尊注於科技產品研發，2002-2004年於香港專業教育學院(黃克競)進修中國商貿文憑課程。學習如何進行商業貿易，市塲上開拓等基礎，又在科技探索的過程中，組建團隊，累積開發了眾多科技類產品項目。此外，為了提高香港社會科學環境，Kenneth聯合科技組織及協會，積極傳播及分享科技知識，帶動最新科技產品硏發。

雅達朗電子科技（國際）有限公司首席執行官葉嘉興先生

嘉賓介紹：

Steven Yip畢業於澳洲格里菲斯大學（Griffith University），主修資訊科技。他對項目管理，客戶溝通及資料科技應用程序開發均有豐富經驗。對於開發，維護網絡及數碼平台，他擁有超過15年的經驗。 Steven於出任Atalon Ventures行政總裁之前，曾於4A廣告公司盛世廣告（Saatchi＆Saatchi）擔任高級數碼項目經理。他帶領的開發團隊可以致力於研究和製定策略，使執行團隊能夠更有效地力將產品推出市場。 PONConnect在Atalon Ventures團隊努力下，成功研發出的優秀產品。

雲端與流動運算專業人士協會創始會長陳家豪先生

嘉賓介紹：

嘉賓介紹：

黃麗芳女士現為前海管理局轄下的前海國際聯絡服務有限公司副總經理，她是互聯網專業協會副會長、華人大數據學會秘書長、香港菁英會副主席、及香港青聯科技協會常務副主席等職務。她也是哈爾濱市政協委員、中國僑聯青委會副會長及深圳市婦女聯合會執委。

黃女士在2008年獲選青年領袖及2009年傑出義職人士，她定期於香港不同報章及雜誌刊登文章，當中包括都市日報、eZone雜誌、Unwire、鏡報月刊、港人講地等。她於2015-2017年被邀請代表中國及香港擔任世界信息峰會大獎評委。
